I've only just bought it and have not seen its efficacy but according to reviews, it helps with well being and fatty liver. So I'm going to continue taking it and pray it brings improvements to my health.

Tried this last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised by its refreshing taste! Truly my favourite drink from EGA. Felt energised when I had this post-exercise. Wish they had a 1l bottle option for me to chuck it down xD
After I recovered from COVID-19 about three weeks ago my ENT felt congested. I’d feel a lot of phlegm trapped inside me especially at my chest area. It’s not phlegm that I’d easily get out of my system through “gathering” it by clearing my throat. I got to know about EGA through my teacher. I love the idea of using fruits, vegetables, spices and herbs to improve your life - you don’t have to worry much because everything’s natural! I took this shot on a weekly basis and I’ve experienced significant improvement in my body. Avoid using the anti-dandruff shampoos with chemicals. This product works like a charm, and you only need to apply it for 30min. Fantastic results and keeps your scalp clean!
It was a good experience and I have recommended this cleanse to my friends. However, I do wish that if this is going to be a long term investment from potential customers, for the costs to be more palatable. I struggled to finish some of the bottles but I know it is good for me, so I'm okay with that :)
The Indian Bitter Almonds Gurbandi are visually different from the fatter plusher California cousins, they are less meaty and remind me of the Spanish Valencia natural almonds in terms of flavor. Pieces are flatter and slimmer but they are definitely not thin on flavour. In fact some are characteristically bitter yet feature this amazing almond flavour! Packs a punch in the mouth. Too beautiful!
