Instructions:

Consume on empty stomach, first thing in the morning and evening 1 hour before dinner.

Put one teaspoon of Ashwagandha Tea powder in a cup. Add Boiling water to it. Let it rest for 2-3 Mins. Drink the Tea portion and leave the powder at the bottom.
