I love figs. These organic figs are small and are easy to snack on. They are not overly sweet and does not have the ‘processed’ taste of many dried figs you get from supermarkets. Recommend them!

The Ayurvedic properties are sweet (madhura)/ astringent (kashaya) and cold (sheeta) in nature. With its Vata balancing properties and 'rechana' or laxative properties it is an excellent remedy for smoother bowels.
